This is a picture of place where
hoodlums smoke and rape girls. The former police barracks at Atitebi Police
Barracks in Ebute Meta, Lagos State has turned to a place where Rapists and
Smokers dwell now. Just seven months after the former occupant left the place,
the place turned to Hoodlums house.
The place is said to be occupied
by the police before they left this year January. Since then, hoodlums use the
place as their hiding place, where they performed their evil acts.

that police used to arrest them before but now they seem to grow more winds
that they have no one dare to chase them away again.
