Exclusive: NFVCB moves against YouTube, Ghana movies on porn movies!

Patricia Bala, the Acting Director General of the National Film and Video Censors Board, is trying to open talks with the management of YouTube over pornographic films on Nigerian internet territory.


Sources also disclosed that the NFVCB head has began moves to cut the link and influx of pornographic movies from neighbouring Ghana, in her bid to restructure the film censors board.


Already, the NFVCB head had put plans in pipeline to meet with Ghanaian film regulators to address the development.

According to an inside source, “We are very aware that pornography is creeping into our industry. We don’t approve pornography, so any pornographic film you see in the market is illegal.  It is an uncensored and unapproved movie.”
