The Special One, Jose Mourinho Comments On Mikel Obi’s Goal… “I think People Enjoyed Seeing John (Obi Mikel) Score a Goal”


It is no longer news that the Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel scored a goal in the English Premier League match played on Sunday at Stamford Bridge against their London neighbor Fulham.

The joy of seeing the young and experienced midfielder scoring his first premier league goal seven years after playing in the English Premier League, EPL and having hundred and eighty five appearances without a single goal.

“The goal was a shot in a set-piece, in a corner, a rebound, the finishing was good and he was in the position, but the important thing for me is he played a good game, he gave balance and stability.
“He kept very good control of the game, so I am happy with the way John is playing,”
Jose Mourinho comments on the goal show that he is happy with the impressive performance of Nigerian Midfielder, John Mikel even without the goal.
