The highly rated flick, which has been taken to several film festivals, will be premiered exclusively online via www.dobox.tv/maami.
Since Maami opened in cinemas, box office receipts have been rising and management of Mainframe Films and Television Productions intends reaching new heights as the flick makes its worldwide online debut.
Maami stars Funke Akindele, Wole Ojo and Tamilore Kuboye alongside new talent Ayomide Abatti with special guest appearances by Yinka Davies, Kayode Balogun, Fatai Rolling Dollar, and Biodun Kupoluyi.
Adapted by Tunde Babalola, from Femi Osofisan’s novel of the same name, Maami delved into love, perseverance and fate as the star character, Kashimawo, reminisces on his hardscrabble childhood in the southern Nigerian town, Abeokuta.
