The
chief Overseer of the Sabbath Church in Dape Village Life Camp Abuja, Pastor Isaiah
Okoye was on Wednesday charge before the High Court Abuja.
The
prosecutor, Inspector Tony Akerele of Abuja Police filed a criminal suit against
the overseer for alleged culpable homicide. The suit was filed before the
Justice Jude Okeke.
Inspector
Tony Akerele alleged that Pastor Isaiah performed a special deliverance on two
teenagers whom he claimed were witches in his Church.
The
accused used rope to tie the victims (teenagers) for three days without feeding
them which caused the death of one of the victims, the prosecutor claimed.
Mr. Okeke has fixed September 19
for the arraignment of the suspects.
