Let
me quickly update you on the Aluu 4 killers, can you still remember? Twelve men
were accused of killing four students of University of Port Harcourt in
Omuokiri community on Friday 5th October, 2012.
They
were paraded before the high court on 15th August in River state
where their lawyers asked for their bail.
Another
hearing is schedule for 19th of October where it is likely that
court will accept the lawyers’ request of bail.
24naijanews is curious about this and wonder
if murder case is associated with bailing. Well, you have nothing to do with a case
in court until the judge pronounce its judgment.
