Better still if you know the victim encourage her to report the case to the police so that those beasts can be taken off the street. It is refusal of rape victims to report to the law enforcement agents that made rapists to continue to indulge in such act. The rapists speak Ondo or Ekiti dialect. The act took place in the rapists room as a woman could be heard at the background calling Kemi.
