Top director, Abiodun Lanre was treated to a lavish 50th birthday gig on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at the KOGA Events centre, Oregun, Lagos.
It was the gathering of the crème de la crème in both the society and movie industry as entertainers gathered to celebrate with top movie director and producer, Abbey Lanre who turned 50.

It is pertinent to note that the event went smoothly and was well planned by the media partner and organizer, City People Entertainment, a subsidiary of the City People Group, as expected guests turned out on time.
Odunfa caucus had it all
Scenes of the birthday party had in attendance a full support of the entire member of the Odunfa caucus who came out en-masse to support one of their own. Abbey Lanre holds the position of the caucus’ secretary general presently.

Taiwo Hassan aka Ogogo was all over the event venue ensuring that all procedures go as planned. Taiwo, who was the chairman of the organizing committee, left no stone unturned as he monitored every steps of vendors and workers at the event.
