Stop Violence In Central Africa Republic- Pope

The head of world’s over 1.2 billion Catholics has on Wednesday made the call to stop violence and pillaging in Central Africa.

Pope francis told thousands of people gathered in the sun-washed St Peter’s Square for his first general audience. He said he has been following the situation in the Central Africa Republic with great attention.

“I appeal for an immediate stop to violence and pillaging and for a political solution to the crisis to be found as soon as possible to bring peace,” He said.
